Job summary

Childers Architect is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the Arizona office by developing marketing systems, preparing proposals, and assisting with sales/public relations materials. You will coordinate with the marketing team, manage proposal schedules with project managers, and help ensure quality content is delivered for client engagements.

The role may involve writing proposals and brochures, assisting with various marketing materials, and occasional field meetings with clients.

Qualifications

• Advanced interpersonal, organizational, and administrative skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe InDesign.
• Experience writing compelling content based on information from technical staff.
• Experience with RFPs, RFQs and proposal preparation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the marketing team to develop proposals and materials.
• Lead proposal/presentation preparation and schedule project milestones.
• Assist in writing proposals, brochures, and other sales/public relations content.
• Occasionally meet with clients in the field and attend meetings.
