LaBella Associates is seeking an Architectural Technician in our Latham/Poughkeepsie offices to prepare architectural drawings and construction documents using Revit. You will develop plans, elevations, sections, details, and schedules through all design phases while coordinating with structural, MEP, civil, and other consultants.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of experience for an Architectural/Engineering consultant, are proficient in AutoCAD and Revit, and hold or seek a Bachelors in

• 2–5 years of experience with Architectural/Engineering Consultants.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture preferred.
• Good planning and organization skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Some travel will be required.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare architectural drawings and construction documents using Revit.
• Develop plans, elevations, sections, details, and schedules through all design phases.
• Coordinate drawings with structural, MEP, civil, and other consultants.
• Assist with code research, building system coordination, and technical problem solving.
• Participate in client meetings, consultant coordination meetings, and site visits.
• Review shop drawings, product submittals, and RFIs under supervision of a Project Architect/Project Manager.
• Assist with construction administration, including field observations and punch list inspections.
• Maintain project documentation, drawing revisions, and BIM standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support permit, bidding, and construction document submissions.
• Collaborate with project teams to deliver technically accurate, coordinated, and code-compliant design solutions.
