Tonab Architecture, PLLC in New York City is seeking an Intermediate Architectural Designer with 3–5 years of experience to join our office. This role focuses on Construction Documents produced in REVIT and requires strong coordination across teams.

The ideal candidate has a 5-year B.Arch or M.Arch, at least 2 years of work experience, and proficiency in REVIT, BIM 360, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam. LEED accreditation is a plus, and clear communication in a team setting is essential.

Qualifications

• Requires a Five-year Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in architecture.
• Experience in preparing construction drawings sets, detailing, and coordination of materials and assemblies.
