Wilsonart is seeking a Specification Representative to drive commercial growth by securing and converting specifications for all Wilsonart products. You will advise the design community and ensure seamless implementation from concept to completion.

In this role you’ll build relationships with architects, designers, and facilities planners, lead specification adoption with cross‑functional teams, and contribute to sustained market share growth while representing Wilsonart at industry events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; one year field-selling experience preferred.
• Ability to travel within assigned territory.
• Experience with design community is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with architects, designers, and spec writers.
• Drive specification adoption and project conversion.
• Provide product guidance for design projects.
• Track opportunities using CRM.
• Represent Wilsonart at industry events.
