Wilsonart is seeking a Specification Representative to drive commercial growth by securing and converting specifications for all Wilsonart products. You will advise the design community and ensure seamless implementation from concept to completion.
In this role you’ll build relationships with architects, designers, and facilities planners, lead specification adoption with cross‑functional teams, and contribute to sustained market share growth while representing Wilsonart at industry events.

The Wilsonart Specification Representative is responsible for driving commercial growth by securing, managing, and converting specifications for all Wilsonart products. This role serves as a trusted advisor to the commercial design community, influencing material selection and ensuring Wilsonart solutions are seamlessly implemented from concept through completion. Success is measured by Wilsonart specification adoption, project conversion, and sustained market share growth.
Physical Requirements: Continuously stand/walk or lift/handle/carry material or equipment of moderate weight (20‑50lbs).
Environment: Located in a comfortable indoor area.
