Job summary

Sculptform is seeking an Internal Specification Manager to grow North America architectural opportunities from Kent, WA. You will engage with architects, designers and contractors, understand design intent, and guide projects from enquiry through qualification.

You’ll coordinate with the Project Consultant team and maintain Salesforce data to keep pipelines healthy. We value organised, curious problem-solvers who think creatively, build trusted relationships, and take ownership of opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in architectural products, specification, sales, or project coordination would be highly regarded.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills are essential.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities are required.
• CRM experience preferred (Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop an active pipeline of architectural project opportunities.
• Build early relationships with architects, designers, contractors and stakeholders.
• Understand project scope, design intent, timelines and key decision-makers.
• Qualify and prioritise opportunities to identify value for Sculptform.
• Proactively follow up with stakeholders to move opportunities forward.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Preconstruction to determine the best pathway for complex opportunities.
• Maintain accurate project information and handovers in Salesforce.
