The Pittsburgh Paints Company seeks a Manufacturer's Representative for the Southern California market. You will drive architectural specifications for our commercial paints and color tools, building strong relationships with owners, architects, designers, spec writers, GCs and firms.

The role is remote across LA, Orange County and San Diego, reporting to the Specification Area Manager. Expected travel includes 2 overnight stays per week to advance long sales cycles, with a base salary range of

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years outside sales experience.
• High School Diploma required.
• Interior Design Degree or equivalent experience to influence Architectural Specifications.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to present to diverse audiences.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint; Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop; Construct Connect, BSD, AVITRU, BIM/REVIT; and CRM systems.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Knowledge of AIA MasterFormat and CSI/CDC Three Part Format is a plus.
• Must travel within territory; at least 2 overnight stays per week.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and grow architectural specification share for commercial paint products and color tools.
• Engage with owners, architects, interior designers, specifiers, general contractors and accounts to generate specifications.
• Lead on-site recommendations, guidance and project meetings for large commercial/monumental projects.
• Track projects, plan activities, allocate tasks and set milestones.
• Present to influence project specifications as an approved manufacturer.
