Job summary

Benjamin Moore & Co is seeking an Architectural and Design Representative to secure high-quality paint schedules and specifications for our premium products. The role focuses on the A&D segment, building strong relationships with architects, designers, and specifiers across a territory that includes Los Angeles and Santa Barbara.

Based between the two markets, you will develop strategic account plans, promote the Benjamin Moore brand, and provide expert guidance from project conception through

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience working with the A&D segment.
• Developed and executed account plans to increase sales.
• Strong sales aptitude with a self-driven, results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to communicate value proposition to A&D clients.
• Experience writing and self-sourcing specifications and finish schedules.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans in the A&D segment.
• Identify key accounts and nurture high-value client relationships.
• Promote Benjamin Moore in projects and secure paint schedules.
• Provide education to architects and designers through courses and meetings.
• Write and review paint specifications and manage project lifecycles.
