Job summary

Dunn-Edwards seeks an Architectural Services Representative in California to place our products in architectural and engineering master specifications. You will build strong relationships with architects, engineers, and design professionals, and help secure projects by ensuring accurate specifications and presentations.

You will participate in job walks, write specifications, and deliver Lunch Box seminars. Occasional travel up to 25% is required, including global opportunities as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, 1–3 years related experience or equivalent.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret architectural plans and blueprints within 90 days.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time, including international travel.

Responsibilities

• Place Dunn-Edwards products and colors in architectural/engineering master specifications.
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, engineers, specification writers and design professionals.
• Participate in job walks, write specifications, and provide crossover specifications and submittal reviews.
• Present seminars (Lunch Box and others) as directed by Management.
• Join CSI and participate in local chapter meetings and trade shows.
