Job summary

Marvin is seeking an Architectural Project Manager in Raleigh, NC to grow sales within the architectural community and drive adoption of Marvin Collections among design professionals. You will develop new business, build brand awareness, and support premium product specification.

Ideal candidates have an architectural background with strong consultative sales experience, travel willingness, and CDT engagement. Marvin offers robust benefits and a family-owned culture.

Qualifications

• Degree in architecture, construction, or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience in consultative value proposition sales to architectural firms.
• Familiarity with fenestration products preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, identify, and establish relationships with architectural professionals.
• Present AIA Continuing Education units to firms.
• Pursue business development with facility managers and owners of institutional properties.
• Plan and host factory tours with architects, designers, and channel partners.
• Provide product and technical solutions on project opportunities.
• Collaborate with regional sales to develop channel partner programs.
