Formación

• 1-3 years of recruiting experience.
• Interest in the Architecture, Engineering & Construction industry.
• Comfortable juggling multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Source and identify candidates within the AEC industry.
• Conduct phone screens to assess candidates.
• Guide candidates through interviews and offer negotiations.
• Build long-term relationships with candidates.
