The Role: Impact & Scope
As a Recruiter / Senior Recruiter, you will serve as a primary driver of the firm’s continued growth. This is a full‑lifecycle recruiting role that blends high‑level strategy with hands‑on execution. Reporting directly to the Director of HR, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership to align talent acquisition initiatives with long‑term business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership – Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to develop and execute comprehensive hiring strategies.
- Full‑Cycle Recruitment – Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job description development, active sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
- Multi‑Office Support – Serve as the centralized recruiting resource across multiple office locations, ensuring a consistent and high‑level candidate experience.
- Market Intelligence – Provide data‑driven insights on AEC industry hiring trends, talent availability, and salary benchmarks.
- Employer Brand Representation – Effectively communicate the value of an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) and the firm’s culture to prospective candidates.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience – 5–12 years of recruiting experience.
- Industry Knowledge – Strong preference for experience within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry.
- Agency Background (Preferred) – 2+ years in a recruiting agency environment, demonstrating a proactive, results‑driven approach and the ability to source passive talent.
