Qualifications and Responsibilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture preferred; Licensed Architect, or in process (especially in CA) strongly preferred
  • 10+ years of experience with a strong background in multifamily and/or affordable housing projects
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (required), even if not in a primary production role
  • Experience overseeing production drawings and managing technical documentation
  • Construction Administration (CA) experience with ability to visit job sites as needed
  • Strong client management and communication skills
  • Ability to manage staff and collaborate with internal teams across multiple offices
  • Problem‑solving mindset with a focus on technical solutions over high‑design aesthetics
Salary

$80,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
