Job summary

Interplan LLC - National Architects & Engineers is seeking an Architectural Project Coordinator to join our Orlando team. You will produce construction documents and manage small projects with support from a Project Architect or Manager.

The role requires working knowledge of zoning and building codes, plus software proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop and Revit. Strong communication and coordination skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent drafting/design experience in an architectural office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Produces architectural construction documents.
• Runs small projects with minimal oversight from a Project Architect or Project Manager.
• Solves basic design issues and produces construction documents and specifications.
• Completes designated scope of work within allotted time budgeted.
• Delegates and reviews work of CAD Technicians.
• Coordinates with engineering disciplines and participates in kick-off meetings.
• Assists with coordination of all project efforts for efficient execution.
• Researches and applies codes with limited interaction with code enforcement agencies.
• Gathers project information from Project Architect/Manager and client.
