Job summary

Interplan LLC in Lombard, IL is seeking an Architectural Project Coordinator to join our hands-on design team. This full-time, in-office role supports project teams with drafting, standards, and coordination across architects, managers, and coordinators.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s in architecture, Revit proficiency (assessment required), plus experience with AutoCAD. Two+ years in an architectural office and a commitment to accuracy and collaboration are essential.

• Proficiency in Revit with assessment required.
• Experience with AutoCAD is a plus.
• At least two years of experience in an architectural office.
• Experience in retail and/or restaurant projects a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and keyboarding skills.
• Commitment to accuracy, consistency, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Set up sheets and drawings with accuracy and efficiency
• Ensure Interplan CAD and Revit standards and conventions are incorporated into all drawings
• Review completed work against markups prior to returning both the markup and revisions to the author
• Plot drawings to the appropriate scale and format
• Provide drafting support as needed to Project Coordinators, Architects, and Managers
• Perform other duties as assigned
