• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in an architectural or design-related environment.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge: Thorough understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction methods.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Project Manager in coordinating all phases of architectural projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and documentation.
• Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion.
• Serve as a liaison between clients, contractors, and internal teams to facilitate clear communication and collaboration.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, invoices, and meeting notes.
• Assist in monitoring project budgets and cost controls.
• Coordinate procurement of materials, equipment, and necessary resources.
• Organize and lead project meetings; prepare and distribute progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with applicable architectural standards, zoning regulations, and other requirements.
• Contribute to project proposals, client presentations, and contractual documentation.
• Identify and help resolve project-related challenges, escalating issues as appropriate.
