Job summary

BC Architects AIA, Inc. in Coral Gables seeks an Architectural Project Coordinator with 2+ years of professional experience to join our growing team.

You will support and coordinate complex architectural projects from schematic design through construction documentation, using Revit and BIM workflows, while ensuring Florida Building, Fire, and Accessibility Codes compliance. This role offers opportunities for greater responsibility in a collaborative, design-driven studio and long-term career

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional architectural experience.
• B.Arch or M.Arch or equivalent education.
• Proficiency in Revit with BIM workflows.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support projects through all phases.
• Produce and coordinate drawings and project documentation using Revit.
• Assist project managers and team with design development and documentation tasks.
• Conduct building code, zoning, and local ordinance research for compliance.
• Coordinate with consultants and internal teams to integrate information.
• Provide support during construction administration (RFIs, shop drawings).
