Job summary

Poma Metals Corp, a world class architectural metal fabricator, is seeking an experienced project accountant to manage multiple projects, including contract setup, NTOs, lien releases, AIA billing, and change orders. You'll work closely with project managers and the controller to ensure accurate billing and timely financial reporting.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in construction accounting or project bookkeeping, is proficient with Sage 300 CRE/Timberline, Textura/Procore, Asana, Microsoft

Qualifications

• Experience in project accounting and job costing.
• 3+ years in the construction industry.
• 3+ years in a project accounting/bookkeeping position.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects including contract and job setup, NTOs, lien releases, AIA billing, insurance compliance, and change order tracking.
• Communicate with customers’ project accounting and management teams and POMA project managers.
• Prepare monthly applications for payment, invoices, lien releases, and documentation.
