Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong computer and administrative skills.
• Ability to organize and maintain electronic documents and records.
• Ability to read and compare architectural and structural plan documents to identify revisions and changes.

Responsibilities

• Receive architectural and structural plans from submissions and other sources.
• Log, categorize, name, and organize plan documents in company systems.
• Review revisions and maintain revision histories.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely access to current project information.
• Support plan-library organization and improve document accessibility.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain project and customer data.
• Follow document-control standards and retention procedures.
• Prioritize plan requests and follow up on outstanding documents.
