You will serve as the primary client liaison, mentor internal teams, and own schedules, budgets, and scope while coordinating with consultants. The position offers bonuses, licensure support, and a clear path toward ownership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional architectural experience; 10–25+ preferred.
• Licensed Architect in Minnesota.
• Working knowledge of Revit and project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client liaison.
• Lead and mentor a small internal project team.
• Own schedules, budgets, scope, and project delivery.
• Manage multiple small to mid-sized commercial and civic projects.
• Lead projects from conceptual design through construction administration.
• Prepare and execute strategic project plans for successful delivery.
• Coordinate architectural, technical, and administrative efforts.
• Actively manage project budgets, schedules, and scope.
• Maintain direct client relationships and lead client meetings.
• Guide internal project teams and consultant coordination.
