Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture and minimum 10 years of related experience.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Advanced knowledge of Florida Building Code and relevant regulations.
• Experience with AutoCAD and Revit; ability to supervise teams and manage complex projects.
• Strong client presentation skills and ability to coordinate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop original design concepts for high-profile projects and oversee technical delivery.
• Prepare detailed working drawings for new construction and restoration projects.
• Coordinate with project team, consultants, and contractors across phases.
• Lead client communications, define project priorities, and manage deliverables.
• Provide weekly status reports and participate in business development efforts.
