Job summary

PBK Architects, Inc. is seeking a Creative Strategy Manager in a hybrid, multi-location capacity across West Palm Beach, Sarasota, Coral Gables, Richmond, and Sugar Hill.

You will lead pursuit execution, translate strategy into actionable plans, and oversee RFQ/RFP production, ensuring high-quality submissions and brand consistency. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications or related field, 6+ years AE/C marketing experience, and 1+ year of team leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6+ years of A/E/C marketing experience.
• 1+ years of team leadership experience.
• Strong production management and organizational skills.
• Excellent writing and communication capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee RFQ/RFP production and submission quality from end to end.
• Manage team workload, schedules, and deliverables.
• Translate pursuit strategy into clear execution plans and deliverables.
• Direct coordination across technical staff and contributors.
• Maintain brand, messaging, and content standards.
• Support interview preparation and coaching.
