Job summary

The role includes daily inspections, OSHA compliance, and reporting of project progression. Ideal candidates will hold an associate degree in civil engineering or blueprint reading, have 3 years of construction/inspection experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook, plus a valid

Qualifications

• Associate degree in civil engineering or blueprint reading required
• Minimum of three years in construction/inspection or architectural design preferred
• Knowledge of construction management, inspection methods, and materials
• Excellent written and verbal communication, strong organizational skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; valid driver’s license required

Responsibilities

• Perform daily quality control inspections, milestone inspections, and final inspections to ensure compliance with specifications
• Ensure safety and occupational health on projects and verify OSHA requirements
• Provide on-site guidance to field personnel and inspect sites for safety and codes
• Take photos and document project progression; visit sites to verify plans and standards are met
• Prepare and file inspection reports after each site inspection, and schedule inspections
