Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering with electrical or mechanical focus.
• 3–5 years of building systems design experience.
• FE certification preferred; PE license beneficial.
• LEED or similar certification and/or experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated building system designs with a focus on electrical or mechanical engineering.
• Coordinate design with owners, architects, project teams, and consultants.
• Prepare construction documents, reports, and project specifications.
• Apply applicable codes, standards, and design guidelines to projects.
• Provide construction administration and coordination with contractors.
