Qualifications

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering required or equivalent.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills essential for team-based projects.
• Strong planning and organizational skills for multiple simultaneous schedules.
• Highly motivated, proactive and willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering design for power distribution, generation and industrial systems.
• Act as Project Manager across multiple projects with internal MEP/FP team collaboration.
• Assist in business development and expanding Nashville office client base.
• Collaborate with architects, owners and contractors to meet project objectives.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote leadership within the team.
