The role emphasizes coordinating with clients, project teams, and contractors, delivering construction documents, and contributing to master planning efforts on a transformative design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering with electrical or mechanical focus; FE preferred.
• 3-5 years of building systems design experience in electrical, mechanical, or integrated architectural engineering.
• FE certification preferred; PE license beneficial.
• LEED or similar sustainable design certification and/or experience preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical or mechanical building systems and codes.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit; MS Office skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated building system designs with a focus on electrical or mechanical engineering.
• Provide engineering design, evaluation, and planning for healthcare, science/tech, education, hospitality, and commercial projects.
• Coordinate design with owners, architects, and consultants within a multi-discipline team.
• Develop designs and calculations for power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, data/communication, and HVAC systems (as applicable).
• Prepare detailed construction documents, reports, studies, and project specifications.
