The candidate will mentor junior staff, manage design quality, and help develop business opportunities in the Mississippi region, while traveling up to 20% as needed.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Consulting/Design.
• Bachelors or better in Electrical Engineering or related ABET-accredited program.
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) required.
• Willing to travel (<20%).

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering teams on mission critical projects (Data Centers, Defense).
• Communicate effectively with owners, contractors and design partners.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior staff.
• Ensure quality control of electrical work products and schedules.
