Qualifications

• 12+ years experience in Consulting/Design.
• BS in Electrical Engineering (ABET-accredited) and PE license.
• Willing to travel less than 20%.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership on mission critical projects such as data centers and defense.
• Lead electrical design across multiple projects with internal teams.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure quality control of work.
• Collaborate with owners, contractors, and design partners.
• Support business development and client satisfaction initiatives.
