Job summary

Little invites an Architectural Designer to join the Wellness Studio in our Charlotte, NC office. You will work on wellness-focused projects, collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, and have direct access to clients on a daily basis.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in Architecture, 1+ year of professional experience, strong design and production skills, and proficiency in Revit. AutoCAD and other rendering tools are a plus. Hybrid flexibility offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited university.
• At least 1 year of professional post-graduate experience in architecture/design.
• Solid design and production skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive on Retail projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Revit required; AutoCAD preferred; other rendering tools a plus.
• Self-motivation with a collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn all aspects of Architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead with autonomy and guide project outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including landscape architects, engineers, and designers.
• Steward the project journey from concept through construction administration.
• Coordinate with clients and consultants to deliver high-quality design solutions.
