Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
• Architectural license in North Carolina and a current NCARB record.
• 3–5 years of related experience as a licensed Project Architect.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Consults with clients to determine functional and spatial requirements of new structures or renovations.
• Directs project personnel to ensure progress on schedule and within budget.
• Prepares fee proposals, budgets and staffing for approval.
• Plans layouts and integrates engineering elements into unified designs.
• Represents client in obtaining bids and overseeing construction.
• Administers contracts and conducts on-site observations for compliance.
