Job summary

Little Diversified Architectural Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Project Architect for our Healthcare Studio in the Charlotte Office. The role focuses on high quality healthcare design, leading projects, and delivering contract documents with construction administration oversight.

You will collaborate with clients, consultants and a multidisciplinary team, bringing a strong emphasis on leadership, clear communication, and design excellence across a variety of healthcare projects and settings.

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on experience with Healthcare design and documentation.
• Strong Autodesk Revit proficiency.
• Thorough knowledge of architectural design, detailing, codes, and building material characteristics.
• Thorough understanding of industry standards and building codes.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple team members, consultant groups and stakeholders.
• Ability to travel as projects require; and strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce contract documents and oversee construction administration.
• Lead projects with autonomy and responsibility.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and stakeholders to deliver quality results.
• Mentor and teach construction detailing to junior staff.
• Ensure project success and timely delivery within Healthcare Studio.
