Little is seeking an Architectural Designer for our Healthcare Studio in Durham, NC. You will join a national team delivering design solutions across healthcare facilities, from upfits to hospital campuses, with a focus on sustainable and regenerative design practices.

The role emphasizes collaboration, leadership potential, and a path toward licensure. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of experience, a degree in Architecture, strong design and production capabilities, and advanced skills in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited university.
• 2-5 years of professional work experience.
• On the path to licensure or a licensed Architect.
• Solid design and production skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Extraordinary computer skills (Revit experience required, Enscape and AI rendering, PowerPoint, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and hand sketching.
• Self-motivation and a desire to learn about all aspects of Architecture.

Responsibilities

• Providing conceptual design and design support documentation for healthcare projects.
• Supporting studio leadership with presentation composition for executive and design meetings.
• Assisting project teams with renderings, interactive client meetings, and design workshops.
• Supporting construction document teams; and learning about construction practices on project sites.
