Architectural Designer - Healthcare Studio

Luxus Build Group's Healthcare Studio Architecture team is seeking a creative and innovative Entry / Mid Level Architectural Designer.

We support a hybrid work model, offering flexibility between office and remote work.

Location: Charlotte, NC

Position Summary:

As an Architectural Project Designer at Luxus, you will develop project documents and coordinate with team members to ensure quality work within project schedules for small and large complex projects, creating buildings that enhance the human experience.

You will manage, with guidance from the Project Manager or senior Project Architect, all aspects of project documentation and team coordination to produce quality deliverables on time.

The successful candidate will:

• Propose technical solutions to design challenges.
• Provide feedback during conceptual development.
• Produce accurate documents following firm standards.
• Apply practice standards to projects.
• Communicate progress to the Project Manager.
• Ensure project information is accurately incorporated into documents.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
• 1-5 years of experience.
• Basic understanding of architectural drafting and design.
• Proficiency in Revit software.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Interest in Healthcare Design.
• On track for or licensed as a professional architect.
• Degree in Bachelor or Master of Architecture.
• Knowledge of SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, and V-Ray.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for project support.
