Job summary

Cuhaci Peterson® seeks an Architectural Designer II in Phoenix, AZ to design and produce construction documents under supervision of a Project Architect/Technical Manager. This role emphasizes adherence to codes and standards.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred) with 5–8 years of experience, and advanced knowledge of AutoCAD and/or REVIT. Strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred)
• Advanced knowledge of architecture, building construction & codes
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

Responsibilities

• Run projects with minimal oversight.
• Design and produce construction documents and specifications.
• Complete designated scope of work within allotted time budget.
• Delegate, review, manage and accept responsibility for work of team members.
• Manage permitting process with minimal assistance.
• Assist in providing Construction Administration Services.
• Resolve technical issues and answer questions.
• Maintain CP standards and QC throughout project.
