Cuhaci & Peterson Architects, Engineers & Planners, Inc. is seeking an Architectural Designer in Orlando to assist in the design and production of construction documents on limited scope projects under supervision.

The role requires 1–4 years of experience and a bachelor’s degree in architecture with proficiency in REVIT, AutoCAD, Photoshop and SketchUp. The designer will support permitting processes, site visits, and various drafting tasks, while contributing to project coordination with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture with 1–4 years of experience in an architectural firm/field
• Proficiency in REVIT, AutoCAD, Photoshop and SketchUp
• Basic understanding of architecture, building construction, and building codes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist in production of construction documents and specifications
• General knowledge of methods, materials and detailing
• Complete designated scope of work within allotted time budget
• Assist with permitting process, including response to comments
• Assist with administrative tasks for bidding procedures and construction administration
• Participates in site visits
