Würth Baer Supply Company seeks a Architectural and Design Distribution Specification Representative to cover Iowa, Nebraska and South Dakota. Remote on the road with branch visits, you will drive product specifications, manage a defined territory, and build strong relationships with architectural and design communities.

You will target designers and firms, deliver CEUs, and support sales through project tracking, presentations, and timely follow-ups across designated markets.

Qualifications

• College degree in design/sales/business or related field.
• Ability to professionally represent Würth Baer Supply Company to customers.
• Excellent problem solving and organizational skills; self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Demand Creation: target projects, focus product presentations to decision makers, secure vendor specifications, track progress.
• Territorial management: maintain accounts, conduct presentations, manage samples, plan market blitzes.
• Engage with industry associations, attend trade shows and client meetings.
