Job summary

Cosentino in Richmond, VA is seeking a Commercial and Residential Sales Manager to expand product awareness and sales across contract design, commercial, and residential markets. You will engage architects, designers, fabricators, and developers while aligning with the Cosentino Sales Team.

You will lead short- and long-term plans, manage budgets, and promote Cosentino products at industry events, with a focus on interior/exterior surfaces and client loyalty.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in building materials or construction sales.
• 2+ years interacting with multiple levels in commercial projects.
• 1+ year of business development.
• Stone fabrication or distribution experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and grow Cosentino’s product awareness, acceptance, and sales to the contract design & commercial and residential segments for both interior and exterior applications.
• Identify, pursue, and increase sales and brand loyalty by calling on architects, designers, fabricators, developers, and contractors while coordinating with the Cosentino Sales Team.
• Create short- and long-term sales plans to penetrate architectural and design firms, developers, corporate accounts, new property owners, and service providers.
• Execute sales plans within agreed timelines and manage own sales budget and expenses monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
• Promote products in formal presentations to architects, designers, and targeted organizations; attend industry events with associations.
• Maintain accurate project details in Salesforce CRM and coordinate with partners and installation contractors.
• Stay knowledgeable about Cosentino Surfacing products, applications, and specification requirements.
