Whitman, Requardt & Associates, LLP in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Mid-Level Architect to join our growing design studio. This full-time role offers opportunity to lead project phases, develop concepts, and mentor junior staff.

The ideal candidate has accredited Architecture degree and 11-15 years' experience, proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, Excel and Word, and a strong client-facing, detail-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Accredited Professional Degree in Architecture (Bachelor or Master).
• 11–15 years of relevant architectural experience.
• Strong design and technical skills with client-focused delivery.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience in construction documentation and detailing.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and lead various phases of architectural projects.
• Collaborate with in-house disciplines and external consultants.
• Manage project scope, budget, and schedule under senior guidance.
• Contribute to design through sketches, 3D modeling, and development of solutions.
• Interface with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
• Conduct code analysis, material research, and writing specs.
• Mentor junior staff and support business development.
