The role leads projects through design development to construction administration, collaborating with in-house and external teams while mentoring junior staff.

Candidates should hold an Accredited Professional Degree in Architecture, bring 16+ years of experience, and demonstrate strong design and technical skills with AutoCAD, Revit, and MS

Qualifications

• Accredited Professional Degree in Architecture required (Bachelor or Master of Architecture).
• 16+ years of relevant experience required.
• Strong design and technical skills; able to develop superior architecture.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and lead various phases of architectural projects, including design development, construction documentation, and construction administration.
• Collaborate in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment with in-house and external consultants.
• Manage project scope, budget, and schedule under guidance of senior architects or project managers.
• Contribute to project design through sketches, 3D modeling, and development of creative, practical solutions.
• Interface with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure successful project delivery.
• Conduct code analysis, material research, and specification writing.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
• Support business development activities through proposal input and project presentations.
