We are a top 125 Architecture and Engineering firm serving federal, municipal and educational clients.

The role involves leading phases of projects, collaborating across disciplines, mentoring staff, and contributing to business development.

Qualifications

• Accredited professional degree in architecture (Bachelor or Master of Architecture).
• 16+ years of relevant experience required.
• Strong design and technical skills; ability to develop superior architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead design development, construction documentation, and construction administration phases.
• Collaborate in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment with in-house and external consultants.
• Manage project scope, budget, and schedule under senior guidance.
• Contribute design through sketches, 3D modeling, and technical solutions.
• Interface with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure delivery.
• Conduct code analysis, material research, and specification writing.
• Mentor junior staff and support business development through proposals.
