Job summary

YKK AP America Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support architectural and construction-related products by combining strong service skills with technical knowledge.

You will assist customers with accounts, orders, products, and services. The role requires a high school diploma, 2+ years in customer service (construction/manufacturing preferred), and proficiency with order management and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in construction, manufacturing or architectural products.
• Familiarity with order management and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers by phone, email, and in person to process orders and respond to inquiries.
• Enter orders accurately into the system for standard and configured items.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally (billing queries, concerns).
• Liaise between customers, sales team, and manufacturing to ensure orders are processed and delivered efficiently.
• Support customers from order entry to project completion including pricing, knowledge, samples, and documents.
• Identify opportunities to upsell products or services meeting customer needs.
• Cross-check orders against quotes and project requirements to ensure alignment and training of other staff.
