Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in person to process orders.
• Enter orders into the system for standard and configured items.
• Resolve billing issues and customer concerns professionally.
• Coordinate with sales and manufacturing to ensure timely delivery.
• Support customers from order entry to project completion.
• Identify opportunities to offer additional products or services.
• Review orders for accuracy against quotes and requirements.
• Provide status updates on order progress and delivery timelines.
