Job summary

YKK AP America Inc. is seeking a customer service oriented professional to process orders and support projects for architectural products. You will handle inquiries by phone, email and in person, enter orders accurately, and liaise with sales and manufacturing to ensure on-time delivery.

The role emphasizes order accuracy, problem solving, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction through collaboration and timely communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in construction, manufacturing or architectural products.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction products such as doors, storefront and curtain wall systems.
• Proficient in order management and ERP systems; accurate data entry and processing.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in person to process orders and respond to inquiries.
• Enter orders into the system for both standard and configured items.
• Resolve customer issues including billing matters with professionalism and speed.
• Coordinate between customers, sales team and manufacturing to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Support customers from order entry to project completion including pricing, product knowledge, paperwork, and samples.
