YKK (U.S.A.) Inc. is seeking a Customer Support Representative to be the frontline link between customers and internal teams. You will handle orders, resolve inquiries, and ensure a smooth experience from order placement to delivery, embodying the Cycle of Goodness.

This role requires working at the office daily and collaborating with Sales, Planning, and Manufacturing to keep customers informed throughout the process.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of customer service experience, preferably in manufacturing or B2B environments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders via phone, email, fax, web, and EDI.
• Input orders into the system and monitor status to ensure timely delivery.
• Resolve inquiries related to product availability, shipping, and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with Sales, Planning, and Manufacturing to address customer issues.
• Track open orders, backorders, and purchase orders.
• Maintain accurate records and perform general office duties.
• Adhere to environmental, quality, health & safety, and confidentiality standards.
• Perform other general office work as assigned.
• Maintain reasonable and predictable attendance.
