Acme Brick is seeking an Architectural & Commercial Sales Representative in Knoxville, TN to market and sell building products to architects, designers, contractors and developers. The role includes extensive paid training of 6–9 months and travel to meet clients and present solutions.

You will develop strong relationships, provide technical information, prepare quotes, and track projects from design through completion to influence specifications.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of outside sales experience; brick sales preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM and sales reporting tools; ConstructConnect and Zoho are beneficial.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and responsibilities independently.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain relationships with architects, designers, specifiers, builders, and owners.
• Provide product specifications, technical information, samples, and design assistance for proper selection.
• Identify sales opportunities, present solutions, and prepare quotes to meet sales goals.
• Conduct presentations and demonstrations at jobsites, firm locations, and events.
• Represent Acme Brick professionally in individual and group presentations.
• Track projects from design through completion to influence specifications.
• Maintain sample libraries and product information for internal and external use.
• Participate in CRM updates, reporting, and knowledge sharing with leadership.
• Engage with industry organizations to strengthen visibility and stay informed on trends.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, sales, and customer support to ensure smooth execution.
• Travel to meet clients, attend events, and support market development.
• Assess market trends and introduce new materials to designers and clients.
