Job summary

Burgess & Niple invites undergraduate architectural students to join as an Architectural Co-op. You’ll work with experienced architects and designers to gain practical design experience across design and rendering, while developing technical skills.

Under supervision, you’ll learn construction document development for public agencies, local government, and federal projects, using REVIT and AutoCAD; expect 30–40 hours per week during Spring 2027.

Qualifications

• Current undergraduate student in good academic standing pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in an Architectural related program and completion of two years coursework required
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, REVIT, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office required
• Excellent communication skills and a willingness to collaborate, learn, and grow
• Availability to work full-time Spring 2027 Semester

Responsibilities

Gain practical architectural design experience in with our team as a Architectural Co-op. In this role, you'll work alongside early career and experienced architects and designers to gain an understanding of the field of architectural consulting. You'll gain hands‑on experience across areas that could include design, rendering and field tasks, while developing the technical skills and problem‑solving abilities that will create a foundation for your career.

Typical work schedule is Monday – Friday, 30 – 40 hours per week. Housing and transportation to/from work is the responsibility of the co-op, parking is provided.
