Job summary

Burgess & Niple invites undergraduate architectural students to join as an Architectural Co-op. You’ll work with experienced architects and designers to gain practical design experience across design and rendering, while developing technical skills.

Under supervision, you’ll learn construction document development for public agencies, local government, and federal projects, using REVIT and AutoCAD; expect 30–40 hours per week during Spring 2027.

Qualifications

• Current undergraduate student in good academic standing pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in an Architectural related program and completion of two years coursework required
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, REVIT, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office required
• Excellent communication skills and a willingness to collaborate, learn, and grow
• Availability to work full-time Spring 2027 Semester

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of experienced technical staff, you’ll learn design construction document development skills for a variety of projects for with client types including public agencies, local government, or federal entities
• Project tasks may include producing studies, construction documents, field verification, and graphic renderings for projects and proposals using REVIT and AutoCAD
• Gain experience with multiple project types in a variety of scales
• Discover how multi-discipline project teams work together to create quality design solutions
