Job summary

Morris Adjmi Architects seeks an experienced Project Architect/Architectural Designer III to lead design development, technical coordination, and construction documentation from concept through construction administration.

The role requires strong leadership, mentorship of junior staff, and proven ability to collaborate with project teams, clients, consultants, and contractors to realize design intent with precision and quality.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture.
• 8+ years of professional architectural experience.
• Project Architect: Licensed Architect required.
• Architectural Designer III: Actively pursuing Architectural Registration.
• LEED, WELL, Passive House, or other professional accreditations are encouraged.
• Mastery of Revit, Rhino, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong technical design, project coordination, leadership, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience leading consultant coordination and producing high-quality construction documentation through all phases of design.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and coordinate consultant coordination.
• Mentor junior staff and manage design development through construction.
• Ensure design intent is translated into high-quality construction documents.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to deliver projects.
