Job summary

Thornton Tomasetti is seeking an Associate in our Forensics Practice to guide complex investigations, lead multidisciplinary teams, and deepen client relationships. You’ll couple architectural expertise with growing ownership of business results to shape project delivery and firm strategy.

You’ll drive end-to-end forensic evaluations, advise clients on advanced architectural challenges, and mentor others while expanding your client-facing presence within a leading global firm.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; Master’s or PhD preferred.
  • Professional licensure as an Architect.
  • 8+ years of architectural experience with demonstrated technical depth.
  • Ability to lead project delivery and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead forensic evaluations and manage project delivery end-to-end.
  • Be the expert clients rely on, providing clear, confident guidance on advanced architectural challenges.
  • Grow and mentor a high-performing team, raising the technical bar and developing future leaders.
  • Expand client relationships and help position TT for new opportunities.
  • Influence firm strategy by connecting clients to our full-service capabilities.
