Purpose by Design Architects (PXD) seeks an Architect with 4+ years of experience for design and execution of new construction and renovation projects. Ideal candidate has NYC multifamily affordable housing exposure and strong knowledge of zoning, codes, and regulations. Proficient in Revit.

The role offers concept-to-construction involvement, collaboration with Principals, and growth opportunities in a growing small firm with hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in design and execution of both new construction and renovation projects.

• Strong familiarity with local zoning, building codes, and regulatory processes.

High proficiency in Revit is required.

Candidates must reside in the New York City area. Salary range $65,000 - $85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
